Reflection time / return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact [email protected] for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

Accidentally passed on a wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are in stock usually ship between 1-2 days. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The standard shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are € 5. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart, as this depends on the size and weight and the number of items. In addition, it depends on the country it is sent to.

Warranty & Complaints
Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/.
